American artist Man Ray's avant-garde photography (featured in a Daily Beast feature today) is currently being shown in a special exhibit at the Jewish Museum in New York.
“I am an enigma,” (Man Ray) insisted. “Answers, if they are to be had, will be found in my paintings and drawings. That is where my fears and anxieties are spelled out.”
